Maybe I missed it but is test all you've done recently, or did you do deca or tren or something that hangs around? I would stop injecting completely. Every time you inject, you're pushing up your ng/dL count that will be measured on the test. Just have to hope the test is far enough away that some of the esters have cleared and your back in the range. If the test is too soon, you can tell them you accept the appointment then cancel at the last moment and reschedule for a week later. Pushing it off 2-3 weeks will make a world of a difference.
As pdaddyii said, I'm not sure a TRT doc would give you a prescription without testing you first and going through standard procedure which I assume would not be in time. I guess it depends on what else you've cycled in the last year+ and if you think you can clear the superphysiological dose of test and be back in normal range in the time allotted.
