Yeah buddy..
I havent trained for a month, no gear for four months and have lost 15kg.
Back on gear, slin, shit loads of food. Blown up 5kg in 5 days. Looking at a kg a day..
Is this bad for your health, this sort of weight gain?
Secondly, taking tren and my chest is real tight, is this normal?
