I love the pre made muscle milk!!!

My boy hooked me up wiith a case of a 75 of the pre made chocolate one with the pull foil tab...I never had them before but man they are good. I figured tasting that good is going to make me gain weight but they didnt.. There rock they dont need to be in frig and they awesome for on the go.. Each one has 11 grams of fat but since i have been taking them i have been dropping weight..

Yeah good stuff, I have found if you don't shake the crap out of them they settle and you get a glob of well not sure what it is at the end of the drink.
