Hello All,

18 Months ago I stopped juicing as a result of heavy work commitments meaning I wasn't getting the most out of my cycles. I train hard natty now and will return to Juicing hopefully this year.

The hardest thing for me was coming off and visibly seeing my gains slowly go away. Okay, I did keep some, but not a patch on riverrock in his "prime".

Anyhow, I was giving the house a good tidy last night and found some photos. There were a few of me looking a lot smaller after about 6 months clean. But......I then compared a recent pic with it and I have made some seriously good natty gains in the last 12 months!!!

If I do say so myself, I look damn good! Also, no water retention, no rage, no pain from propionate, and no need to worry about PCT!

So, for all you boys who are thinking of stopping your juicing....It'll be worth it. I have realised a lot more of my natural potential and I'm foaming at the mouth thinking about how I'd be if I threw a cycle in now on top of all those natty gains.

So, put the Amps to one side guys, train hard and eat well, and return 18 months later.

i plan on taking about 1-3 years off coming up this fall... priorities are gonna be changing... could be interesting but its good too hear that there is light, not only darkness.

This is very intresting as I just read a paper erlier today on a study conducted on 24 athletes 12 with long histories of juice usage and 12 that had never been on gear. In abstract they discovered that after several cycles on gear the cells in the muscles are changed in composition and become more able to grow naturally.

Not sure, but it really happens like once a month in some variation.

i can quit anytime! this is an interesting post (although not anything we haven't read before on EF.)

cycling seems to have its own cycle: the ohiwouldnever do that, to trying, to getting obsessed with it, to realizing that in the end...maybe having out a juiced out body isnt as important or cool as you thought it would be.

if you are happy being natural good luck riverrock. not sure why you need to announce it here. reminds me of an ex drug addict who has become a christian and tells everyone how to live their lives.

I think as long as they are used properly AAS protocols can be beneficial to health

im only on AAS for 4 months out of each year

i kind of like how my body looks when im done with PCT..i notice an overall quality in my musculature and kind of a hard graininess that looks pretty awesome

Yeah. That would speak volumes. Instead, we look at cartoons and assume he is worth listening to.

I didn't say I was Ronnie Fucking Coleman, did I?

Absolutely typical around here....someone makes a post that should offer encouragement to people who take time off and someone like you can't take it in the context its meant.

Will I go back on gear? Hell, yes. My point is that I did well after 18 months out and can now look forward to a good cycle later. I never said I quit indefinitely.

Question maing - how do we know they're your legs in the avi?

I think this post has some real value. A reasonable, thinking person has to ask themselves if they could accept themselves without aas ... and be satisfied or even happy with the results of just exercsie, diet and recovery.

riverrock made a decision for a valid reason and obviously left the door open to go back. He also made an interesting discovery about his body which is very important. His blood testing panels returned to within range. We seen a few very good young guys here struggling to do that and very worried about it.

Rather than pee on his post, I'd be interested in the facts. There is something to be learned here.

I trained for 4 years natural before I ever took AAS, and I was stuck at 170-175 no matter what I did.....I took a few cycles and sure enough was 210 about 2 years later. The Interesting part is that even if I get down to 150 I can achieve 190 natural in a relatively short period.....never possible before. It does feel good to get big lean and strong natural....but fuck it I am SO happy I will be getting all bloated and crazy from juice again this year. I think juice is a beautiful thing....but congrats for taking some good time off and not becoming a lazy shit about your training.

Good luck with the natural decision. I was thinking about trying anabolics for the first time but after reading this I might just stay natural ;)

I knew you would crawl out of that cave you have been hiding in in JUICE JUNKIE.....lol Just because I am currently going out with two of my favorite girls....Tren and Prop dosen't mean I have an anabolic addiction. Wait a minute I just think that was a denial. Isn't that the first sign of an addiction.....lmao How it going my friend?

there is in fact a lot of merit in this post.

I trained for 5 years hardcore before I turned to the darkside. And in the process I lost some work ethic - maybe not in the gym, but as far as being as regimined. It's a sad day, but when you know how to make yourself grow naturally you've achieved a quite a bit.

i didnt try juice till i was 41. worked very hard but just couldnt get past 182 or 183. now at 195, with relatively minor doses of test and tren, i am thrilled with the changes.

There you go people a sensible use of anabolics...You don't need 3000mgs/week to make positive changes in your physique. Congrats Bro

hell before this tbol only cycle that i'm on...last one was 2yrs ago and that was eq only 400mg at 5wks and got some decent gains, 6lbs out of it..prior to that was 2 yrs and a sust only for 10 wks at 500mg...gained 12-15 lbs on that
