My theory is Low Self Esteem, Wanting to be talked about or looked at as the biggest dude in the bar (to show it off), To fit in with athletes, the quest for a perfect body, professional athletics, have small dicks, want to pick up chicks, and some people just like doing drugs because theyre "fun" Lmfoa. I compete professionally and have used rarely for sports related injuries but I also make a living in sports and pay my bills by doing so and also have a chance for stardom. If people want to futher their physique you cant question it, and to each his own but in my experiences it was always the skinny, non athletic, non popular kids from school that desire to be somebody and this is a means of self confidence for alot of people. At the same time many many many athletes use it to enhance performance even female athletes. To me if you have no plans, goals, or not competing in athletics, or to strenghten an injury theres no need for it. If youre pounding Dbol and hitting arms 5 days a week so you can roll your sleeves up or so you can take pictures of your back in the mirror then its just plain stupid. Even in all the hard work and dieting in bodybuilding and what is it done for a damn trophy? But it's still competing, I just hate the competitions held at the bar on the weekends... Any true athlete, bodybuilder, fighter does show what he got at Tequila frog's on Saturday night. Genetics play a major part as well, if your genetics are shit you better get to work on AAS. As far as side effects, Balding, enlarged heart, high blood pressure, Etc are some. But in many instances in your 40's and 50's AAS can be beneficial. Touchy subject especially on this board dude but I think you know the answers in your head, just dont say them out loud on this board.
