...and the rest of you can probably bench 305 with your dicks / boobs, but I just have to say that I've rowed 185 raw today and I feel great!

That was the last weightlifting goal for the year as I've already finished the bench, dl, squat, and ohp goals. Now its time to set a whole new slew of them...

hmmm as far as benching the only feesible new 1 rep max I could shoot for to really matter all that much in my mind would be 500, at the same time I never max out on 1 rep and my old record was 430 for 3 1/2 last summer (on a mild test/tren cycle), right now can do 390 for 3-4 I dunno though too much weight makes my joints hurt for a good while and def won't risk it without some aid. My legs are shot so I don't bother there, I can still do the 100 dbells on shoulders, any more and the rotator starts hurting, blah I feel like an old man sometimes hence Ive really slacked the past couple of months

good job on any new personal best though, feeling is great and Ive not had any in a year

weight is relative.. to some i may seem strong but i look at others above me and wanna get to where they are..an 800lb squat may seem like a lot but not to a 1050 squatter :)

when this happens how do u keep progressing?

do u just do more and more reps, or as lng as ur doing a respectable amount of weight ur gunna get bigger? if ur body doesnt have to adapt how are u gunna grow? is it all maintinence from here?

yrs ago when i first started i had to bench press the bar and 2 10 lb plates for a total of 60lbs was my 7 rep max.

do you mean barbell row that much weight?? keeping good form? easy to cheat it, turn it into a cheap hang clean...good job on the pr

That's not a bad row if your form is tight.
Gym rambos row mad wieght but row nothing but their body weight.
I use cambered bar for rows. Easier on my wrists.
 
what sort of rows, exactly? tbar? barbell? normal or reverse grip? supported?

like ulcaster said, that isnt a bad sort of weight so long as your form is good
