I'm 183 lbs and feel great. The lowest my weight has been in years. Everyone still states that I look over 200 lbs though.

I am a mental case, but stable at the moment.

Rudi Johnson and Chris Perry will run all over the Bears defense today.

I will own 3 businesses by the end of the year.

Odell Thurman will be rookie of the year.

I am still a sexy mother fucker. It's like a gift....

David Pollack will not be as good as Odell Thurman.

I love spicy tuna hand rolls. I'm going to get 3 before the game today.

Did I mention the Bengals are in 1st place?

I work too much, but I have to so I can kkep my sanity.

I'm going to watch the Bengas kill the Texans next weekend.

I'm training 10-12 times weekly. Between weights, cardio, and MMA.

I'll finish with a prediction of the Bengals winning the AFC North this year!
