I think women make more when they own their own co's or when they work in a progressive field.
Walk into a stale office filled with men, and a woman's pay will not equate to that of a man.
And all that crap about women take more time off. Until I got ill, I never took time off. Hell, I would not even use my vacation time. I have no kids so I had no need to take time off for that.
I'm a model employee, but if I stay in my field (buyer), I will always make less than the men. And Pay Equity is a joke. Any employer can define and manipulate a job description to justify less pay.

I think I shall use my pic all day today. I'll let you know how much I saved by days end. I think I may just email my pic to the owner of my company too ;-)

you should feel bad because the guy was giving you a deal or you thought he was attractive or both, were your motivations to compromise your highly bitched about and acted on morals.

2) here this guy probably was of your standards (or had enough deals to offer) and you slutted out and gave in.
3) this makes you a hypocrite, feel bad if you dont wanna be one, otherwise your golden
