right after squats Barbell pullover 20reps (using my 5feet oly bar 30lbs)
Bench 2x12
Pendlay Rows 2x15
Deadlift 1x15
right after Deadlift Barbell pullover 20reps (using my 5feet oly bar 30lbs)
So it's my first time I did it so my weighs are kinda low
this program is made to be done monday-wednesday & friday
and you're suposed to increase 5pounds on the 20reps squat every workout
here my resuslt:
Military:95lbs
Full Squats:135lbs Never done full squats and that high rep thing next time ill increase by 10pounds
Bench:140lbs
Pendlay row:105lbs
Deadlift:185lbs at the 11reps I almost Vomite and I was keep going and its was so hard and at the end I fall on floor =|
oh well was the most intense workout ever done in my 10months of lifting
