Insulin is injected into stomach fat with insulin pins that are widely available at pharmacies. I rec. a #28, might as well poke small holes in yourself.

I'm no expert but I think it works far better when combined with AAS. Use the long lasting insulin if you must use this stuff. I'd call it somewhat risky stuff myself.

Generally better to use a short acting human insulin ie Humalog or humilin ... long acting is more dangerous as it's very difficult to work because of the peaks and valleys...very dangerous

well, long story short, i woke up in the hospital. They put me on a glucose/saline IV to stabalize my blood sugar levels.

I am suing elite fitness for giving me info on insulin and the desire to take it. Anybody who knows me knows i am not mature enough to make my own decisions, esp. not with all this force feeding of pro-insulin information, elite has tried to temp me into my own grave.
