I just came back from computer hell!!!!!1

13 Freaking hours with customer support. My computer kept going into safe mode and would`nt go into windows 98. I had to back up everything important and a few other bumps (remember 13 hours!!!) and finally it worked without having to reinstall windows or the system restoration CD.

All I had to do was disconnect my DSL modem from the cable. Now after pugging back in, it`s working. I was told not to reinstall windows if it`s working, but it has given me problems in the past...

You're probably right. 98SE is what I had; I just always considered them to be the same I guess.
