I hit 315!!

I was doing 5x5 deads with 225..when I was done, I was still bouncing with energy.. so I figured 'Why not?' and slapped on 45's on each side. (something manly about six plates)

I took a deep breath (or twelve) grabbed on, and shot up. Then backwards:p It came up so easy, I surprised myself.. once I stabalized I held it static for 15 seconds.. then dropped it

holy crap 315 bounces pretty damn high when you drop it;)

Congrat, bro... I've also got to tell you... if you are pulling 315 easy you are working too light doing 5 x 5 with 225.
 
well, I started 5x5 never having done a deadlift, so I guessed my starting weight.. it seemed heavy at the time. But then again, I've got freaky big legs and back to begin with (yay genetics!)

It's my chest that refuses to play along >:(
