I have finished my first cycle, regret it..

this is not a bad first cycle, its not a great one. though its true that you probably would have been better off waiting. particularly if you had not built a "base".

if you are a "hard gainer" some might consider that a good cycle.

No it was just in the lower back muscles.

But the first shot of testo in my leg hurt like hell. Couldnt walk for 3 days!
 
You gained 2kg? Tell me that is a typo. Do you have any fucking clue what diet and training mean? Fuck, I doubt it was eve real gear. You sir are tool of the day.
 
tokebloke a guy i know (former national level competitor) only goes up by 2-3 kilos when he goes on cycle. he drops about 8 kilos of fat on average though (chatting to him today about it actually...he has some interesting cycle ideas...can anyone say 'pincushion' ;) )

such criticisms are not necessary and incorrect (at least numerically)

2kg muscle gain
3-4kg Fat loss
net gain of 5-6kg

though training and diet may be a factor (perhaps a very big one)
it could very well be that he is not genetically as lucky as others.

there just are not enough facts laid out to make that assertion. JMO
 
You say your diet was good but still have`nt posted it. You were 150 pounds and 15% bf....

+ how tall?

though agree with the implication that the pre-cycle stats dont particularly look "gear ready".... but stats are often not as telling as they seem to be..
