I hate the heat

us whites are built for the cold and we originally come from the north.. Its hotter than hell out their.. I was walking around sams club getting my food just sweating balls.

Atleast when I was at mile high city I didnt have all this humidity.

I'm a winter girl myself.

I love water related activities but if you're not at the water mostly naked with the wind in your hair - the heat just bites.

So far this summer I've been dubbed the ice princess (I'm sure there's something ironic about that).

I miss the winter too......we dont really have much of one here......Since the heat is dry, its not that bad, but it heat's your car up like no other.......I swear my hands are gonna fuse with the steering wheel sometimes....

if u want too feel true heat, move down south where u get the heat with the humidity, its so hot u cant even breath seems like.

i'm not too fond of either of the wether extremes.

I don't know how you southern folk do it, I'm cryin' when it's near 90, I don't know how you do over 100. :(

I hate high humidity, but love the heat and sun. I am primarily Native American though.

I am pretty much a polar bear so summer kicks the living shit out of me. On the 4th it was 97 degrees with over 80% humidity which is almost unheard of here in Denver.

No, it's hardly rained here at all this year. Just keeps being hot and humid. It did rain for a little while today but no lightening/thunder.

You get used to it I guess. I am from the midwest and the summer heat doesn't bother me anymore. If I am going to be outside awhile I wear shorts and tank and it's not so bad. Otherwise, I always stay in with the AC :)

Are you sure that they aren't just calling you frigid? :p

i agree. hate it hate it hate it. i think most of us though with our higher muscle mass and faster metabolisms just don't handle heat well at all. skinny people don't seem to mind.

I love heat...I was not made for the cold. I like absolutely nothing about winter except football and basketball season, which I can appreciate from warmer climates. The cold, everything is dead, snow is a pain in the ass, fuck all that.

Anyone bitching about the heat should come visit Alberta for a winter an experience what -40C feels like.

Does Ottawa count?
I've skated there in the winter.

I'm pretty sure I was made for the cold I like below 30 degrees, I don't think I've experienced -40 though sounds kinda painful.

Yeah Ottawa can get pretty damn cold too. -40 can actually be romantic, get the fireplace going, cuddle up to your SO on the couch and away you go.

I dont mind the heat/humidity.

I like summer clothes.

i'm also in the water 98% of the time. if i couldnt do that i would be miserable.

Whhhattt? 20 ° (Fahrenheit) is "romantic", -40 is "oh great the pipes just burst, cant wait to fix that"

I hate bundling up, and I'm a water baby. Whether I'm swimming, diving, or just out on a boat. I hate the months that it's too cold to do any of those things and AM miserable. I'm making a point this winter to take a couple of trips...I have one in the works to mexico for my birthday in November and either st. lucia in jan or belize in march (or both).

Most winter days usualy vary from-10 To -20C which really is not that bad. There's only a few weeks out of the season that inlcudes the extreme weather. At the end of the day though I do wish though that I was born a Hawaiin.
