Im 5'8 190 and I am very happy with my hieght and all you tall guys who cry about there bench being weaker then short guys because your arms are longer are cry babies I have a friend who is 6 foot and my arms are just as long as his its your genetics that your crying about work hard and quit crying

you are either very stupid/uneducated, or you droped a dumbell on your head while doing your heaviest press. short stocky fucks are just another face in the crowed, taller guyz will always get the better looking chick

it also has to do with the width of the bench and your shoulders. some gyms don't even have the extra wide benches, they only have those clown ass space saving pieces of shit. i'm 6'2" with wide shoulders and can lift a notable difference when my shoulders have more support.

..........but i don't hate short people.

So much hating on this thread. Tall or short, so what? We're all in the same game here. Saying "a short guy is just another face in the crowd," or "short guys don't get any chicks," or whatever is stupid. It's pretty pathetic to put someone down in order to bring yourself up. Not Necessarily... I am 5' 11" and I get more ass than a toilet seat. Of course, I have a beauthiful face (at least that is what the women say.)

im 5'5 185lbs and bench press 365lbs and i hear oh its easier or you look huge only becuase your short !!! i will trade anything to be 6' or taller anyday.....when i start my sick winter cycle i will be around 210 and look like a midget.....lol ..and by the way i get more butt then an ashtray....

im 6"5" 220 and it pisses me off when my 5"8" 160 friend benches the same or more than e most of the time, short arms must be nice on the bench but i guess after a couple more years in the gym and when i get to be 260 it pay off in the long run
