well im tired of doing sprints and pushing the vehicles. so i have been thinking and what i can do extra and i came up with this.
i will use my strongman implements for gpp.
the implements will be light, i will practice using perfect form, so that i stay current with event training, and just pick a set time and go for it, preferably 5 minutes.

200lb tire flip. for 5 minutes straight. i dont go for speed or try to make a certian distance. i just went smoothly. the point was to stay constantly moving for 5 minutes. flipped tire around 35 times.
spread eagle situps - 1 set of 25.
floor log bench press - 105 log for 15 reps. was being explosive and letting it kinda drop fast onto my belly (dont worry i've got plenty of cushion).
it was not too taxing. the tire was real hard, and i was surprised how heavy i was breathing from just the 200lb tire.
but i like it, i was a little sore afterward, but when i woke up today, i feel great, its wonderful for recovery reasons as well.
my plan on sundays is to stay with pushing a vehicle for 1-3 trips of about 100 feet sprints.
and tuesdays - put on my 50lb weight vest and carry my 55lb farmers for 5 minutes straight.
i'll keep it at this intensity for 4 weeks and then change.
what do you guys think???
