failure at the very bottom is indicative of strength imbalance between the pec major (and minor) and the anterior delt, and believe it or not the brachialis. How wide a grip do you use? I bet it's relatively close for your body frame. Ring fingers/pinky on the scoring??
 
WODIN, I did to, and I agree with you people should have to sign their name when handing out karma either way. Plus, I got my bad karma on a post dated Oct 2--I guess I really don't think it is fair to get bad karma on posts made prior to the start of the "karma system"!!

That's my opinion anyway!! :sulk:

Moving the grip will greatly help the push off the chest. The best way to move the lifts up is to go wider(index finget on the rings) on your warm-up sets. This will GREATLY increase the pec involvement. YOur tris and delts have become the prime movers during the lift. Roll your shoulders down and toward your feet as you bench. This will also help increase pec involvement.

Bet ya got huge tris and front delts...

Yeah I do as a matter of fact! I will incorporate the wider grip and roll next week. Thanks bro for the advise.
