At Whole Foods (I love that store) I found a Flaxseed mill (like a pepper mill) that grinds up flax seeds so you can add it to stuff (Ive got it in my cottage cheese right now!) I'm so excited!

Where are you, I use to shop at whole foods all the time with my exgf b/c she was vegan. Ive never seen one outside of Seattle. I just didnt know that they had other stores around.
