A few years ago I was complaining about a smell in my kitchen that seem to come back year after year. I could always smell it in the summer time, but couldn't place my finger on what the smell was or where it was coming from. Well, I have solved the mystery!

I found some valerian root that expired 5 years ago. Anyone that has smelled valerian root knows it's the worse smell ever, well now let it ferment for 5 years and think about what it would smell like.
