ok so i started out 6'0 225 17%bf and although i was a fat ass i felt like a pretty muscular guy...well ive been dietin for weeks now and im getting down there...im 214 at the moment about 10% bf...but i feel really small unless im in the gym and get a pump, then i feel good...my trainer/nutritioist says ill be at 200 when my final stage is complete..if i feel small at 214 i cant imagine 200...well ive read several comments by people on thi board to lose the fat first, get really lean and then try and gain muscle..i guess the theory is you would stay leaner during your bulking phase....i never really knew wat i wanted because ive never seen my body really lean but now seeing it getting there i will for sure want to gain muscle mass...i guess there wasnt as much muscle there as i thought, lol.....what do yo guys think? should i ride out my program now, get ripped up then gain during the winter?? any advice is appreciated
