Time for a shot of vodka with a xanax on the side. Works for me

I have no patience and I over react by throwing things and then slamming doors.

Tell Lummy to get over there and service you.

I share your pain. If I were rich, I'd smash this bitch into a million pieces. A lot of frustration and anger here too. Once I was so mad, I threw my keys down and they bounced up and hit the ceiling.

"Chances are good that if you do have a problem with anger, you already know it. If you find yourself acting in ways that seem out of control and frightening, you might need help finding better ways to deal with this emotion." -- from Controlling Anger -- Before It Controls You by the American Psychological Association.

I had a very violent temper in my younger days and my ex really knew how to bring the best out in me, he'd goad me just to watch the veins pop out of my neck.

My mother starting taping sayings around the house, the one I still remember is "Temper is a very valuable thing, hold onto it," I think that was after I threw my husband's original nintendo into the porch and it bounced off the front door ...

LOL. You have a reason to have some pent up anger. :) When I found out my wife was having an affair (have no idea why because i'm a mega stud) anyway, I took our wedding pictures and smashed them in the driveway. Was that overreacting? I think not. At least I didn't hit anyone. She had the audacity to get angry at me for smashing the pictures. I couldn't believe it.
