Just ended week 3 friday. 625mg sust and 450mg deca wk. Not sure if I'm going 12, 14 or 16wks with the whole thing.
I, like you , know that long esters begin working alot sooner than most think. But ofcourse after a couple weeks as levels get built up ....blah blah...you know. So I'm just getting into "gain time" right now.
I have a custom blend that is exactly like BB but without the egg. I raised the CFM to make up the difference. The egg is what was giving me razor wire shits. I also have seperate SPP too.
I usually have a shake first thing in the morning and put an extra 10g of spp in it. Post workout I have two scoops of my BB clone and an added 20g of SPP. Other than that I just kinda throw it in wherever I think of it. In a PB sandwich or wherever. I'm definatley ordering more. I plan on using it throughout the cycle.
Trying to get to 290 this cycle. Obviously that will include water weight, some BF and lean gains. But thats the goal.
