No matter how badly things have gone, just remember somebody has it much worse than you. Material things are disposable and replaceable...YOU or your family's mental or physical health ISN'T. Be glad that nothing worse happened.
Yeah, we all have our bad weeks. Just take it as a part of life; everybody, even me, makes stupid mistakes that we regret, but that's the way things go..don't dwell on it..accept the fact that you made an error or two, get a start at straightening them out and then do something nice and relaxing for yourself. Chalk it up as a loss and move ahead. As somebody said eariler, STRESS and/or FATIGUE could be a reason.
