I remember my first shot of 100mgs.of deca,it was right in my best friends pit/basement gym.I was 20y/o I was doing squats right after and managed to get 315 for 10, that was an extra 4 reps for me. I thought "shit this stuff works fast" Talking about a placebo effect!
