#1 It was not cleared by a moderator that this man's email address and address be posted.

#2 Despite what a source says about expected delivery date, DO NOT post his email address in a scammer thread. The person may be experiencing some unexpected delays. FIRST email a mod so he can send an email to the source. Then, if there is no reply, wait a couple of weeks, THEN he may be labled scammer (with a mod's permission).

#3 There were threats of physical abuse to an individual which is not taken lightly by federal officials. Threats of physical abuse across state lines via the internet are a serious matter and should not be publicly displayed on this board for legal reasons.


If you can provide me with more information that would convince me that you have been scammed, I will restore your thread.

i think you should restore the thread since there were enough people confirming the same story...either way this is my main focus today...no response by 5pm and i will proceed..

I am somewhat new to this venue so I will only state what i know and not my opinion. I know that my funds were picked up 9 days ago. I know that I was promised 48 hour delivery. I know that my FIRST UNRETURNED email was 6 days ago. I also know that if it is my business to supply a product, wether it is computers, lumber or whatever and I do not preform OR at least return a simple e mail then people would think the worst with just cause.

i already know where he picks up funds...where he is using the pc at..times , dates and logs.....

M.O.D. to be honest it doesnt sound kosher, but any number of things could have happened and there is two sides to every story. As soon as he has discussed it with a mod I am sure it will be put back but it has to be verfiied first.

It does sound bad on the surface, but this board has rules and guidelines that must be followed in order to protect people's reputations... you have NOT gotten a reply from him which means you do NOT know what the situation of your order is. You may or may not be scammed. It is NOT your responsibility to make the decision of whether to yell scammer on this board.

Email me and I will attend to your situation. If I or one of the other mods who have investigated this matter concede that you or someone else has been purposly scammed, we will allow you to openly express your disgust at being scammed and will be free to give availible information as to his address and procedure so that others do not fall victom. This is the way things will be handled here.

This board must be held to a degree of professionalism else it will loose its dignity and respect. This is the primary reason these guidelines have been set. No kid with 3 posts is allowed to freely come on this board and smear the reputation of a source when he has no evidence to back up his case and has not followed proper procedure.

End of discoussion. The thread will not be restored until he has followed these guidelines.

Firstly, let me say that I understand the Moderators postion and the postion of the board. Let me reiterate that I am not the original posting party and that I only added what I knew. I did not state an opinion. Did you miss that part? I did not smear anyones rep, I only stated the facts that happened personally to me. Secondly, I do not appreciate being referred to a kid. You know nothing of my age or ability. I have 3 posts but if you read them you will find that they explain and adress the method for testing GH. Because I do not post unless I have something of substace to say does not make me less important than those who post. "Hey, should I do Deca and sust together", day after day. I am a business man holding sizable companies including a pending joint venture this a pharmaceutical company. I have been bodybuilder for well over a decade and am approaching 40 years old. Again, the main point to this reply is to reiterate that I only posted my first hand info and I did not, ever, use the term scammer or make any opions. You, on the other hand seem to have with resepect to me.

No matter what was promissed 9 days could be a bad sickness, a death in the family, a personal emergency, a car accident or any number of things. Did anyone consider this? Of course, it's not a case in "your guy", but it's just example that something could happen, that you won't even think off.

i will answer two parts of your statement.

1. i already spoke with a guy who is head of the department of where this guy was posting from so with a time and date stamp he can tell me who was logged on at the time...this was not from a personal pc.

2...you stated both involved in illegal activity..

I never suggested you were a kid, and you have stated otherwise numerous times.

Our end-goals are the same, so I hope your end result works. In the future though 'an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of fixin' or however that phrase goes - I'd suggest that the members of the board also use this as an example of why checking out sources, and their references are beneficial.

This is getting silly - you guys will do what you will anyways and i got no problems with that (harassment/harm excluded). You chances are much better if a moderator gives you a green light that you will not get scammer, on this board at least - and preferably a moderator or veteran that has been around a while. I have no pity for those that don't do due dilligence - but I hope of course they get their money or gear or whatever. Why the hell would I want anyone to get scammed.

I can promise you that MOD is not going to get you your money back by telling on him for being a steroid supplier...
Furthermore, I can promise you that the source in question is not sitting at his PC watching MOD's 5 hour countdown and debating whether or not to send the order within the next 2 hours and 45 minutes (or whereever the time is now...). What is the purpose of your time limit, MOD? Do you check your email 24 hours a day?

This is rediculous. I see no point in continuing this thread. I have personally emailed the guy and am awaiting his response.

Thank you for your words of wisdom of slopain- I'm sure you were new at this once
too- so use a little bit- not much just a little bit of understanding for a situation of a grad
school student who bodybuilds and uses gear and was scammed out of his loan money which
he lives off of- I don't jump into anything without investigating, obviously I didn't investigate
thoroughly enough or use the right avenues- I now learned my lesson and so will this scammer real soon.
