i know where your coming from bro. i need my 8 hours..at least..if i could live my life just eating 8 meals a day, and training..not worrying about anything else id eat every other hour, and get 8 hours of sleep...that would be king
 
sleep is by far the most awesome thing ever in the history of things that can be awesome. i got home from the gym last night at about 7:15pm. by 8pm i was in my bed ready for one of my weekly power sleeping sessions. i woke up at 3am, made myself a steak and drank a big ass glass of milk and then went back to bed. 11 hours of sleep on a work night. i could easily do that every night but then i'd be that weird guy who sleeps entirely too much. most nights i usually get around 6-7 hours.
 
if given the opportunity to sit still for more than 5 minutes, I will likely fall asleep.
if I'm within eyesight of my bed, I will fall asleep.
if I have to read a book or magazine, after 2 pages, I will fall asleep.

I need like 8 hours of sleep at night, and then a 3 hour nap, and then I'm usually close to good.

when I take G - everyone talks about how they shoot awake after 4-5 hours - I sleep straight through easily 10-12 hours.

I really should turn pro - I just don't know where to go to cash in.

I hear you on the 8 + 3 hours... and falling asleep for other reasons HS. LOL I was thinking of turning pro too... but there's that little bit of i'm not 50lbs heavier and a hella lot leaner.

when im not in class, lifting or grappling, im napping. i got sleep 'skillz' 'homey'...umm...yo...yo

I sleep more when my legs are sore...or when I am recovering from a hard event training day.
