I think it's because of my training, but I've got to get at least a solid 9 hours per night of heavy melatonin-charged sleep to feel completely refreshed. Anyone else like this? It's not that I'm overtraining but with the amount of food I eat, and the fact that my chest and quads are destroyed and I'm hitting back tomorrow...

Anyone else like this? For example, today I only managed to get about 7.5 hours of sleep because whenever I have to go to work I always wake up earlier than I should. By the time 5:00pm came around my eyes were heavy and I was tired. Went home, consumed a meal and passed out for 2 hours, now I'm getting ready to take a shower and settle down for some intense sleep for the next 10 hours straight...ahh yeah.
 
that is always a good feeling. wanting to sleep at the right bedtime. I always thought when that happened to me, I have expended enough energy for the day. damn, good thread Frack. that hit the spot:fro: :basket:
 
Man , I would love to be in your shoes. I am lucky to get 4 hrs a day of sleep and even then, I still will get up at lease two times to take a piss. I think my biological clock is totaly screwed. I have been working from 7pm to 7:30 am for 18 years, and sleep during the day. Sometimes, I wanted to kill people for cutting their grass or dogs that bark for no freakin reason.

I'm graveyard guy myself and have no problem sleeping during the day. The OL keeps the house quiet and I get 8 hrs.

Do you take anything to help sleep. I have tried gaba and melatonin with no sucess. I wonder if my sleeping problems are due to, working out before going to sleep, working out seems to fire me up.
 
Odd... I need around 12 hours a day of sleep to feel totally recharged... that is... if I had something else to do other than sleep... hmm.... :user:

:devil: 250 mg of gaba, 3 mg melatonin, Zma. I work out on the way home, read the papers, get a blow job and I'm asleep.:king:
 
man i love to sleep. its one of my favorite thing to do, kinda sad but oh well. i have the best bed and I even cover my blinds with a blanket on those days when i can really sleep in. if only i did not have to piss twice every night.
