I think it's because of my training, but I've got to get at least a solid 9 hours per night of heavy melatonin-charged sleep to feel completely refreshed. Anyone else like this? It's not that I'm overtraining but with the amount of food I eat, and the fact that my chest and quads are destroyed and I'm hitting back tomorrow...
Anyone else like this? For example, today I only managed to get about 7.5 hours of sleep because whenever I have to go to work I always wake up earlier than I should. By the time 5:00pm came around my eyes were heavy and I was tired. Went home, consumed a meal and passed out for 2 hours, now I'm getting ready to take a shower and settle down for some intense sleep for the next 10 hours straight...ahh yeah.
