also, i'll call you out in the very same thread by saying "post up or shut up" pics of the girls you tag, which proves everything because if you're in a picture with a hot chick that automatically means you are putting your penis in her vagina, without question

Once upon a time, when I lifted consistantly, and I was younger....much younger, I could put up 545 X 4 on my final set of squats. That's how I started my leg day workout.....so many years ago. Now, ppffftt!! I don't even want to know, it would likley depress me deeply.......

It was prob closer to 275 or 290. Not 300 tho. This was a couple years ago tho, when I first started training. My technique is pretty tight, dude. For real. I always had back issues so I was super into correct technique. I'm sure it could be better tho.

not that i'm joebadassdeadlifter, but i assume you go narrow stance? i betcha a wider stance with toes pointed out would enable you to pull more with less back strain
 
most guys dont know this, but most pro bodybuilders don't even train that heavy. They may for pictures or their vids, but they seriously do not lift as heavy as you'd think(Ronnie is an exception,hahah)

nah, I went decently wide. Also threw in some sumos for the hell of it. But let's be clear here - I was doing that when I first started lifting (and was never a naturally strong or big kid). So I was certainly on my way to getting it done...and will be again.

If partial deads count, then I'm in here. Although I can't say I've ever done the same weight for five sets of ten reps for any exercise. That seems odd to me.
