It's interesting that men 30something and above prefer longer hair on women and the men that are younger seem to prefer shorter hair on women.

I know this is a broad generalization and I haven't done a scientific study to confirm or deny. LOL

My hair is down to the middle of my back, the longest (I believe) it has ever been and it is A PAIN IN THE ASS because it is curly and I am in the water alot. Consequently I only wash it like once p/week. WHAT A FUGGING PAIN!!! But when I do wash it, it is soooooooooo pretty that I think to myself, "Damn, I oughtta wash it more often." but then I am in the water again or on the bike.... blah, blah, blah.

My husband loves it long so I am keeping it this way for as long as I can tolerate the upkeep. I don't really do much else... so I suppose that I can make this one concession.

I am dying to cut it though...

My hair is already short. More or less, this is how my hair looks but more blonde nowadays and also my bangs are a little longer in the front there and the back is usually more spikey than what you see here, but it's growing out a little too much for the spikiness.

2 things.
1. i think that it will look great on you and i like the longer in the front thing. Your hair already looked a little like hers, so it will just look like you, but cooler (as if that's possible..)
2. I also think that if you let your eyebrows thicken up a little, you'd actually look a little like her. (mine are thin too. when i get glammed up, i pencil them thicker. it makes me look better/younger).

lol I tweeze the hell out of my eyebrows. i used to be a lot worse and they were much thinner. they're not quite as thin now but im still obsessed.

i think you'd be hard pressed to show evidence that young guys prefer short hair.


maybe more young guys prefer short hair than older guys, but overall, younger guys prefer long hair.
