i am sick where did it come from

so i started feeling sick towards the night of yesterday and went to bed with a bad headache
i work up during the night about 8 times with really bad stomach cramps and i had the shits
its morning now and i feel terrible
whats up with this?
im bulking atm, so what should i do? just take it easy the next few days?

i havnt been around anyone whos been sick
 
if it's like a cold, runny or stuffed nose etc etc..it could be seasonal changes in the environment..i'm guessing for you guys you're going from Fall to Winter right about now..

If you have diarrhoea and a stomach virus I suggest buying a product called 'gastro-stop' from your local chemist. I had a bad stomach virus last week and it Worked like a treat. If your symptoms persist in another day or two I'd be sure to see a doctor.

As for your diet/training, I know how hard it is to force food down your throat when you are sick, so my advice would be to give your stomach a rest and just try to make sure you are eating at maintenance level. I wouldn't train if you have headaches and stomach aches either. You will feel weak, will not be able to focus and will only worsen your virus.

And you may not be aware of anyone around you being sick, but apparently gymnasiums are the most common place where viruses are contracted. Just a thought.
