medium, right now Spart, I haven't measured my bf but I am down to about 10-12%. I'm doing a prop, mast, var and sundry other things in the mix right now. I'm looking to get to med-low before my July 7th wedding in Maui. I's hard, I have 2 business, coach little league and my time always seems to run out before I get my day done, something always has to be left off.
I'd love to get down to single digits, it's been awhile since I've been that low.
Yes, mature muscle has density that only time can make, the younger guys, hats off to them, but if they only knew what it takes mentally and physically to get the same results done with the daily shit that has to be taken care of. It's not just go to school/work, gym, party, do it all over again.
