I am positive that the Accutane is what caused my hair to thin. I have done plenty of cycles and was fine until my 5-6 months of Accutane at 40-60mg/Day. I stopped it a couple months ago. My questions is now, how long if ever will it take for my hair to start coming back in "full" again ? I baught some 2% Nizoral as well as some Niozin hair treatment stuff and been using that a week. Thanks!

Yeah, AAS has always been fine with me as well (knock on wood) and I've used D-Bol, Winny, Fina, Test ect.... all in higher doses but the Accutane fucked it up nice! I just hope it's not for good :(

That's weird because I'm MPB prone and gear fuk's w/me if I don't take precautions but accutane never screwed with me.

Telogen effluvium is prolly what has happend but some of the cases of this cause by accutane has gone on for years. Anyone know the half life of accutane or how long it will generally take before it's totally out of your system ?

Accutane can definitely cause hair thinning. Another reason why I won't touch it anymore. If you throw in some xanrox, it will definitely help mustang. I'm on nioxin, nizoral, saw palmetto, and xandrox, and my hair is filling back in quite nicely even while on EQ and tbol.

I am starting a D-Bol, Test, Deca cycle on monday and am hoping I will be okay as I have been in the past. How long did it take for you to notice your hair coming back ? was the thinning due to Accutane ?

Well, the plan was to start my cycle Monday. I'm going to see if I can pick up some Spirolactone topical and throw that in the mix. I have never had shedding from AAS before (knock on wood) so I hope this time it will be much of the same. Kinda wanted to hold off on the Minoxidil. I'll let you guys all know how my progress is going. Thanks again!

That's odd because they use it to treat several balding related diseases.

When my doctor prescribed it to me, I got a pamphlet which said hair loss was a possible side effect.

Within the first month I noticed thin hairs coming in. They've been getting thicker as the months roll by. I believe I lost some hair on accutane, but nothing drastic.
