I am about to go train back. need help

Please give me some creative exercises to do.

For example, for leg day on Tuesday this week, I started out with front squats. I did a 20 rep set with 315 and a plastic bag sealed over my head.

I was planning on starting out today with weighted pullups using a belt with a chain that has attached to it - a sedated monkey with a huge pink ass wearing another belt with a chain that has attached to it - 4-5 Flowmaster mufflers.

No deadlifts - I did them last week.
 
How about Bent Over Rows with an autoerotic asphyxiation twist?

Bent over Rows and Good Mornings supersetted. Just fling the bar up on your shoulders per set to hit the super and get a partial clean in with that bad mofo.

Monkey with a grinder and tin cup.

back day was normal except for the chest-supported t-bar rows i did where i had a rusted railroad spike coming out of the pad so i was impaled during the set. also for hammer strength low rows i brought in 3 sets of 24" spinners to load instead of 45 plates. it was bad ass because i finished my set, and the bitches kept spinnin and i had these chicks dancing around and pouring hennessey on me.
