So here is how this went down.
Wednesday wake up at 2:00 pm.
eat 3 whole eggs, 1 small glass of skim milk, and two delicious slices of flax toast with ANPB.
2:30 take my superpump 250 fuuuck ya.
2:40 put my ipod in and start rocking with my cock out, while tidying up.
3:00 pm get to the gym have an insanely fucking awesome killer leg workout.
4:45 pm get home take my Sizeon, mmmm ya.
5:10 take two and half scoops of on whey in water.
5:30 get my meals ready to go to work, leave to work.
6:45pm arrive at work.
Between 6:45pm and 7:00 am
eat three more meals.
meal one 8 oz of chicken with vegetables
meal two whey shake with flaxoil
meal three 8 oz of steak with steamed vegetables.
7:45 am down another superpump 250 in my truck on my way home.
8:30 arrive at gym have an insanely awesome back workout filled with more deadlifts then any human being would ever enjoy doing!!!
10:30 get home! sizeon!!
11:00 meal 6 pwo shake 2 and half schhhoops of whey
1:00 pm pass the fuck out until 6:45 realize I'm fucking an hour late and then dash off to work!!!
