calorie restriction is the most acknowledged path to improving life quality and years
you're naturally in pretty good shape though and it's not so much calorie restriction.
I've felt alot better about my gains and putting on mass eating every 3 hours, likely because it prevents my body from becoming catabolic instead of eating a huge meal and waiting six hours or so to eat again.
it's pretty simple to follow, I'm enjoying it thus far myself personally, I'd probably be enjoying the progress more then I am if I didn't have body dismorphia or whatever it is.
