These preliminary results are from using the HST protocal at www.thinkmuscle.com
After 3 weeks some startling measurements have me reeling.
Chest measurement down .8 inches
Leg down .5
waist down 1 inch
Arm up.2
Everything else same.
I´ve gained 2 kilos of mass, however.
Added 900 calories to my daily diet over the three weeks.
Am training with my girlfriend and her results are very similar (almost exactly)
Both feeling a bit of residual fatigue and taking a week off starting today.
THOUGHTS?
