prolly not when i run i usually just go 5 miles in 40 min just slow....i don't want to burn muscle
when i snowboarded alot sometimes the mountain would be completely comvered and deep and i would hike straght up that fucker in deep snow it was hell lol
i've been doing a hill day and two 5 mile days per week
i run that hill 4 times up and walk 4 times down.
takes me about an hour to fully recover, completely crushes me
