i havent used hydroxy since they removed ephedra. i have heard good things though.
the old formula was better than clenbuterol. those fuckin feds lol.

a little bro...i am really trying to cut now so i have moved to interval training on the treadmill and spin classes twice a week

don't your knees hurt?

nah knees don't hurt at all
lower back does
i've eased off the heavy squatting and dling, it was starting to hurt my back.
i've got this old ski hill behind my house
sandy and weedy, .20 of a mile up proly 45 degree pitch
i can barely run up it.
think you could do better? i don't know if i'm weak or it really is hard

prolly not when i run i usually just go 5 miles in 40 min just slow....i don't want to burn muscle

when i snowboarded alot sometimes the mountain would be completely comvered and deep and i would hike straght up that fucker in deep snow it was hell lol

i've been doing a hill day and two 5 mile days per week
i run that hill 4 times up and walk 4 times down.
takes me about an hour to fully recover, completely crushes me
