Is everyone like like me in the thinking that eating right is hard. No matter what I do I just cannot get the proper diet down. I have tried just about everything, form the atkins diet to just trying to eat chicken, tuna fish, and veggies. Man sometimes I feel like giving up and becoming Capt. Fat.

Give this a try, put two table spoons of high lignan flax oil in a protein shake and drink three times a day. The fat in the oil will greatly reduce your appetite.

Most people have periods of hunger at fixed times throughout the day. Think about it and I bet you will realize when yours happen and I bet they are not too different each day. Try scheduling your flax shake an hour or even 30 minutes before those times. I bet you will be pleased with the results.
