Waist (at navel): -3/4 inch

Neck: -1/2 inch (fat I think)
L bicep: +1/4 inch (finally hit 17"!! )
R bicep: +1/8 inch (smaller at 16 5/8"?? )
Hips: -1/2 inch (fat)
L quad: -1/4 inch (fat)
R quad: -1/4 inch (fat)

This is pretty darn impressing!!! I haven't lost ANY size on my chest.

Strength - stayed about the same.
