im 1/4 of the way in on the 3rd week and i can see awesome results so far.
i just got done hitting the bag and i was lookin in a body mirror, and besides the fact of being pumped, im looking a bit stockier from hST. the diet is the same as i always followed, if not more. still cant see any ab definition, but im not even goin for that yet. but overall better definition then i had before. i think i gained 3-4 pounds so far. about 5 weeks ago i was 190, before i started hST I got down to 180, now im about 183. i dont really know y i lost an unnoticable 10 pounds, but i did.
anyway, hst is good
