Yeah it's like this every week. Summer was a chaotic blur and I'm greatly looking forward to Fall, my favorite time of year.

Ahhhhhhh... I love the smell in the mornings this time of year until spring. It's starting to smell like fall a "little" bit. Give two or three more weeks and it'll really smell good. Give it four weeks and i'll be in heaven!!

You've reminded me, I need to get out into the fields and pick those blackthorne berries soon else there'll be no sloe gin this year. The blackberries have produced a shade late this year for us and one of our dogs has taken to grazing the ones she can reach. :)

It's a good time of the year.
 
so far i have had three eggs in my protien shake with a banana and a strawberry, a can of tuna, a glass of hot milk earlier, and i am eating a peanut butter sandwich as i type.

I have so much energy and peace of mind today that it feels like i have spent a good 10 days at some cottage country. This is unusual.

leaving for the gym soon and straight to work from there. Have a good day all of you!

I did the dental assistant lady today, and she is coming over tomorrow:evil: . If she lets me i will take her pictures and post it. :verygood:
 
Studying & waiting on my grocery delivery. I have 2 trips scheduled on back to back weekends at the end of the month, starting to pack for them (I won't have much time during the weeks prior to these trips).

Its very hot here in the D.C. area. The humidity is killing me.
 
chillin like a villain... just came back from grocery shopping and noticed, since I didn't make a list beforehand that I:

1. Bought a whole lot of stuff I didn't need
2. Bought a whole ot of stuff I had here already
3. DIDN'T buy the stuff I really needed..

shit
 
I went shopping the other day to get some new go-to-meeting jeans. While I was in the store I thought I'd better buy some new underwear too, in case I get run over.

My grandmother always used to tell us to wear fresh underwear for going out in case we got run over and it came back to haunt me. I guess the theory is that in your weakened state you might actually die of embarassment.

Although I've never done a comp diet, I can feel your pain as a regulat diet SUCKS too!! This will be your second comp, right? BTW, the 5" heels would be worse then the diet for me though-can't walk in 1/2" heels:)

LOL They were hard to get used to believe me! And I'm a sneaker gal!

It IS amazing how much effect a diet such as this has on your emotions, mood, etc.

The crankiness/irritability is normal tho - but my hubby is sick of me!

Too bad they don't make "Happy" supplements....life on a diet would be so much easier-for everyone!!!

It really truly fucks with you! I'm practically euphoric or high when I eat my sweet potato but after my body uses it up - the downward spiral begins and EVERY LITTLE THING irritates the HELL outta me.

At least I know others are going thru the same thing - so i'm not alone.

oh man, I'm getting so much accomplished today. Changed the oil in my car, then got it washed, got a hair cut, cooked for the week, washed all the dishes (specially all my tupper ware) and currently doing laundry. Tomorrow will be an official do nothing day, sweet!

im back bouncing again,but this time at a bar with really chill people and full of very pretty women,everyone is so friendly,I love it and look forward to working.
