How's this cycle look?

I have read and read and read some more. No two PCT's are the same. I'm kind of freaking out because I can't find one solid answer. Please help me. I have my helladrol, but am not starting it until I have what I need.

I am thinking about going 75 mg/day for week one, and 100mg/day for week 2-6.

For PCT, I was thinking Photoserm 347 and Forma.

I am just getting freaked out by all the different ways people do this for the exact same thing. My last cycle waa back in 03 or 04, it was superone+, and everyone did the same PCT. 6-OXO, lol. I had no probs + great gains.

Now I see people say Forma is fine for PCT, while others use it during cycle. I'm truly blown away by finding what's really right. I'm begging, can someone please help me with the modern consensus on PCT?
 
PCT is hcgen, forma, post cycle, and unleashed. people who use forma while on is to help prevent gyno for cycles that are prone to cause it.

Yours is ok. You can go for it as you planned or add some more of the things ranger mentioned.

Are you on a budget? could you afford hcgen? and post cycle?
 
Ran them all and hcgenerate + psytoserms is unbeatable infact adding anything to it would just be over kill... strength, libido, mood and agression is phenomenal on the stuff :p

I bottle of forma should be plenty for just one cycle and one bottle of HCGenerate will last you 4 weeks, which is enough if you plan on using it the last 4 weeks of your cycle to ease into PCT.

I want to thank you guys. I went natural for a while and lost track of all the new stuff. Something would come out, then it'd be banned, etc. Thanks for the help. I appreciate the positive attitudes. I like these forums.
 
The N2Guard is suggested at 7 caps ED, but since Helladrol is fairly mild and is being run for six weeks at a mid range dose, 5 caps would last you all six weeks on one bottle and would still be enough to cover all the bases. The HCGenerate should be run on cycle imo as well, but I think it is more important, if he is only buying one bottle, to be used to ease into PCT. Using it the last couple weeks going into PCT will make the transition from ON to OFF much easier, although three bottle to cover the whole cycle would be optimal, two bottles beginning week 3 would be second best, and one bottle beginning week 5 is sufficient.

What is the general consensus on the best way to dose @ 100mg a day? 2 in morning, 2 at night? 2 in morn, 1 at 2pm, 1 before bed? Or spread all 4 out through the day? Also, it seems the best way is to take with food? Is that pretty true? Or would empty stomach be best and food eaten 30 minutes later?

And that's what I appreciate. This is dealing with our bodies, and the forum I had been a member of since 03 seemed to want anyone taking PH or anything to fail. It gives a bad name to people who workout. Go to a computer forum, ask how to overclock, and receive lots of positive info. These forums are awesome, too bad I didn't join years ago. Seriously had given up on body building forums lol.
 
If I remember correctly the half life is 16 hours so 2 doses will be ok. 2 in the am, 2 12 hours later. I'm not sure that it matters with or without food. It may upset your stomach without food. Try both ways.

Just figured I'd throw in a little update. I'm on day 9 of cycle @ 100mg a day. Have been @ 100mg since the start. I have been taking it on an empty stomach in morning, and was taking 2 in morning (8:00am) and two before bed (10:00pm). I've read so many things about half life, being 8 hours, 12 hours, 16 hours.. But on the mrsupps site, it says 8 hours. 3 days ago I changed my dosing. Still 2 in morning, then 1 at 2:00pm, and 1 at bed time. Either way, it shouldn't make much difference, right?

I'd like to say that taking two on an empty stomach does not make me sick or anything, and I've read that these methylated compounds are best taken on an empty stomach. If that isn't true, please let me know.

I 'may' be a little more lethargic. Pretty sure I am. Trying not to let any placebo effects get to me. Possibly a little more pumped feeling muscles during work outs. No extra aggression (which I actually loved from 1-Test/4-Ad superone+). At least not yet. I work out at home, so I like the aggression... I put it to good use lol.

As far as what's going on ''down there'', my balls have gotten bigger. I near constantly have a half way hard on at any given time. Increased libidio definitely. With superone+ my libidio increased, also, but my balls hibernated. It's not that I want that, but it usually showed me something was working. I know it's weird to read about.. But people may wonder or want to compare. I'll update peridoically. Have any questions, feel free to ask.
 
The dosage division and half life do matter and could dramatically change your results. I apologize if my statement on the 16 hour half life was wrong. If it says 8 hours on the site I would stick to at least 3 doses, trying for 8 hours apart, give or take 30 mins. Keeping blood levels stable is vital. Spiking causes extreme catabolism. Its like going "on" and coming "off" multiple times a day. You want to be "on" all the time. If the stomach is not an issue, take them on an empty stomach for better absorption. If you want to eliminate any lethargic sides and get some more aggression, you could grab some Rs-Transaderm from NTBM. This acts as test would on cycle. Nice to see the update, keep them coming.
 
No need to be sorry. There is a lot of different info out there. 12 hours being the most common. But I have read 8 a few places, plus on the website selling it, so I figured I'd change the way I dosed it.

Here's the only thing odd I can't pinpoint. I never have trouble losing fat. Never. I can lose 5 lbs in the first week and 2 lbs every week after anytime I try. I've never done cardio. I lose the weight by clean eating and weight training. Well, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Also started cardio that day. Have done cardio 5 days a week on an empty stomach in the morning. Eating very clean, I can list my diet later.. Typing on a phone sucks. Cleaner than ever, though. I weighed 215lbs 2 weeks ago. I still weigh 215. I dunno if the helladrol is adding some weight while I lose fat.. Or if my metabolism sucks now from quitting smoking. Kinda disappointing, but I'm glad I don't smoke now. Not gonna pick it back up to lose a few. I eat cayenne pepper every day on about everything, trying to pick my body back up.
 
If you feel comfortable with that dosing scheduele, by all means, keep it that way. I think the way you have it is best anyways, whether the half life is 8 or 16 hours, your scheduele keeps nice levels.
The smokeing could have something to do with it, altough im not positive as I have never been a smoke therefore never experienced it.
The Helladrol could be adding muscle while you are losing fat though. It mostly comes down to measurements and the mirror rather than the scale.
Make sure you are getting your water aswel, at least a gallon a day. Water is important in transporting stored fat.
Keep your diet clean, that is essential. Nice work.

I'll post what I eat every day, and I'll quit posting so much lol.

Breakfast is 2 eggs, half a cup of plain oatmeal with a little organic honey or black berries, a cup of cottage cheese, and usually water, sometimes milk.

Workout an hour later. I workout for an hour. Have 52g of protein from a protein shake. I have read the body can only take in 25g or 30g of protein in an allotted time, but I dunno about bodybuilding.com forum info...

2 hours later I have 1.5 - 2 chicken breasts with some type of vegetable. Peas, asparagus, spinach, collard greens, fresh baby spinach leaves.

And again 2 hours later.

And again 2 hours later, which is usually 6:00pm and I don't eat anymore.

Sometimes the chicken is replaced with a tuna sandwich, a turkey sandwich, lean steak, or lean ground beef. For the sandwiches, I use 100% whole wheat bread and if I use a condiment, I use mustard. I assume it's not unhealthy. Also, when I eat a sandwich and think I need more protein, I eat a Dannon 170g greek yogurt @ 190 calories/12g protein.

But most days, I stick with the chicken breast. And I eat tomatoes out of the garden, probably half a one a day, but not every day.
 
Just want to say this ph works great for a recomp. I've not lost or gained a single pound on average. Pretty much always at 215lbs, sometimes 213lbs in the morning, other times 217lbs. 85 percent of the time I am 214-215lbs every morning. This is with a calorie deficit and cardio 4-5 days a week. For such a short time, I am seeing changes pretty quick, all considering. I don't really feel much going on except lethargy. I'm gonna start hcgenerate in a couple of days. My pants are getting looser. Arms have gotten more cut and measure 3/4 an inch bigger as of today @ 16 3/4 inches. Don't laugh, lol. Chest is getting more defined. I have before pics and everyything, I might just wait til the end to put them up. I started loading creatine, gonna use it on and post cycle.

Just updating. Can't wait until weeks 3 or 4, when people say they really feel it. I hope I do. Again, I may have high expectations. I dunno if you guys are familiar with Superone+, but I absolutely LOVED that product. 1-Test/4-Ad stack and was transdermal. Anyone have an idea how this is supposed to compare to it? If it's only 5 percent as good, don't tell me, don't want to get discouraged about it lol.

Loading creatine should be done like this, rather than how the label suggests.
5 days - 0.3mg/kg body weight.
Maintenance - 0.03mg/kg bodyweight

To be honest, I dont do the loading phase. But my maintenance is 2.8g - no bloat EVER. I did 5g just today actually, just because, and I am hella bloated.
If you load, expect to drink lots of water (more than now) and you will feel sick throughout the loading and probably for a day or so afterwards. It will add about 5lbs.
 
Considering how it has always made me bloated, and I wake up with lines from the bed in my skin only while on creatine, I will definitely cut down on the amount. Thanks for that advice.
 
I believe I started to experience shutdown starting day before yesterday, or 2.5 weeks in. Shrinking testicles. Hcgen arrived in mail today, so I started taking it. Hopefully this will kick the helladrol cycle up a notch. Which, I also believe I'm just about to the part in the timeline when I should really feel Helladrol. I don't 'feel' it much, but my strength is increasing faster. Healing time is the same as before I started, but considering I'm moving up in weights, it could mean it's slightly better. I've not had a single cheat meal, lol. My 'cheat' is a spoon or two of peanut butter, and it's to get healthy fats and some extra calories in. Keepin' it real clean. Feel great.
 
I can't edit on my phone... It just doesn't go through. I've read a lot of ways on how and when to take hcgen. What's the bottom line of dosage on a Helladrol cycle. 5x at once everyday? 5x spread out? 3x spread out a day? I've read all these recommendations.
 
Well, the bottle also says to take 5 caps once daily. And serving size as 5 caps. Today, I had taken all 5 at once. But it seems more right to space it out somewhat... but who am I to argue with the imstructions. I got it from needtobuild's site, and I see a lot of people saying he told them to space it out. So I am confused.
 
Well, my beanbags are back. Took until about today to 'stay' alive down there without hibernating. My lethargy is quite a bit better. Guess the hcgen works alright. I know I read helladrol was mild, but I didn't expect it to be this mild lol. I think I had enough natural test to almost compete with what this is doing. I know when this cycle is done and I fully pct and recover, I'm going for the real stuff.
 
Sorry, edits just won't go through on my phone. I just wanted to clarify I'm still ''on'' at a little over 4.5 weeks into it. Stopping at 6 full weeks.
 
I've had this on my mind. I wanted to reiterate. It's not ''too mild''. I just shouldn't expect results like when I did 1-test/4-ad. This is a dry gain type of ''supplement''. And it does work. Took awhile to kick in, but that's what I read and expected. I'm getting a pimple here and there on cheek, forehead, and neck. Never had acne, and being 26 I haven't had a pimple in years. I wash my face 3 times a day with just water and a washcloth, seems to keep the oily face down.

I'm still 214lbs in the morning, and considering my diet would have normally put me around 207ish lbs by now, and I haven't lost a pound, this stuff does work. Strength going up, pants getting waayyyy looser. It works, don't get me wrong. I like it. I think I was aggrovated about my weight staying the same, lol, but I posted before/after pics at bb.com and I surprised myself. In 4 weeks my physique has changed a lot for 4 weeks imo.
 
Well, I started PCT yesterday. I only gained 3lbs, but that's GREAT because I normally would have lost 12-15lbs on this kind of diet and cardio after 6 weeks. I was super lethargic the last 2 weeks. That's the only side I had. Well, HCGenerate kept my boys awake, so that would have been a side effect without HCGen. HCGen works, don't doubt it for a minute.

My waist got smaller, jeans fall off me now, but I do wear 34x34. They were tight on me, I let myself go for about 2 months. According to my belt, I've lost about 2 inches on my waist. Arms are 3/4'' to under 1'' bigger. Chest is much more defined. Strength went up big time. I had no aggression issues, had back pumps only once during a work out about 3.5 weeks into cycle. Back pumps and aggression were crazy on my superone+ cycle years ago, so I kinda know what to expect or compare to.

I must say, lethargy kicked..my..ass the last 2 weeks. The last 3 days I was dying to start PCT. I cut my cycle short by one day, no big deal, just to get out of that tired rut I was in.

This is day 2 of PCT with finishing up HCGen, Formastanzol @ 6 pumps morning, 5 @ night, and 2 caps of phytoserms 347 a day. Phytoserms 347 claims to increase testosterone and free test, so it should do the job of post cycle + unleashed. My nips were puffy during the end, and they were yesterday, too, but today they have been small and firm all day... I know Forma isn't supposed to ''kick in'' until 1-2 weeks, but I think it must be doing something?

I'm looking forward to this PCT. My workout today was excellent, and I still am going up in strength. I'll keep ya'll updated on how my PCT goes.
 
Holy hell, I thought my face got greasy when I was ON my cycle. I've already gotten 6 pimples on my face, and I wash it with a cloth and water 3-4 times a day. That netted me about one pimple a week to a week and a half while on cycle.

These aren't like white head zits, but red bumps that never fully turn into a zit. But man oh man my face is GREASY. Two on right upper lip, one up and to the right of my chin, like 3 on upper right forehead. I may be getting some on my neck.

I was telling my family the random ones I had gotten before must have been from cardio... Dunno what I'm gonna say now. Hopefully, and I think it will, this will even out and not be so bad. I think it's just going into pct. Stacking formastanzol, hcgen, and phytoserms 347.

Plus side, I don't have lethargy anymore. Getting better and better each day. Still going up in strength, hope it stays this way.
 
Awe man, too bad about the pimples. Im sure they wont last long. Its because of the dramatic shift in hormones in your body, once they balance your be good to go. Now that I think about it, starting the forma during the last week of cycle might not have been a bad idea either. it takes about a week to saturate your body and could have helped balance hormone levels faster. I'll talk to Needto and see what he thinks of that.
 
I agree. I started it on the last day of my cycle, and I wished I had started it a week earlier. Hopefully the HCGen kept me a little more on the 'ease into PCT' side of the changeover spectrum and I'm experiencing less pimples than I could have experienced.

I gotta say, each day I have more and more energy. And I realize Formastanzol is reported to take 1-2 weeks to kick in, and about the same for Phytoserms 347. I definitely have HCGen in my system good. Either way, I am feeling better everyday. Just a little paranoid someone's gonna wonder something about my oily skin. But I try and remind myself, not everyone realizes all the side effects of cycling like we do. They probably think I'm dirty lol.

Damn, 2 more are starting to pop up on my left cheek. I have a date Thursday, and I had one last Thursday. This girl is gonna wonder why I went from plain skin to teenager years again.
 
And now 2 more on the cheek just to the right of my nose. I'm starting to freak out lol. How am I going to explain this?
 
I'm not posting updates to bump and hope for attention, just letting people know what's going on.

They come up super fast, never develop an actual head, and are quite small. I have been washing my face with just a wet washcloth about every hour. It seems to make very new ones start to go away. I'll keep a daily update or two to let everyone know how it's going. So far, frequent, hourly washing helps. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get a lot of sun and still wash face hourly.
 
Try going to the pool or hot tub, I find the chemicals in there help dry my face out.
And remember to moisterize! It might sound odd, but moisterizing will help keep the oil down because your body isnt trying to moisterize itself.
Maybe pick up a face cleanser at the drug store aswell. I really like the Proactive system, but it can be a bit pricey sometimes, and Im not sure if you can find it. The Daily Oil Control from proactive is a nice product. It come seperate from the kit though. Its about $30 for that alone.

I wondered about putting lotion on my face. Didn't know if that would be good or not in this case. I've read that about moisturizing helping with acne.

So far, yesterday and today, nothing new has popped up. But I've been washing my face religiously and getting a ton of sun. But I think my hormones are leveling out. Of course, not level, but not out of whack as they were.
