im 25yrs old 6' 250lbs about %14 bf

i want to get to 220 by august

hers my plan , please critize!!!!!!!!!!!

7am- 30 min run

830am- 6 egg whites, 1 cup oats , couple blueberrys

11am- tuna, 1/2 tsp ff mayo , 2 slices whole wheat

1230pm - train for 1 hr , 20 hit cardio

230pm - 40g nitro - tech , green apple

4pm- 2 chicken breast , 1/2 cup rice

7pm - 2 chicken breast, large green salad , or green beans

10 pm - 2 scoops nitro tech

also i take mv , 2000mg vit C , 1000mg vit E , 400mg sawpalmetto
100mig zinc, 300mg ALA before meals

im also taking a 12 week cycle of karachi sust250 at 500 mg per week and im taking 20mg of denkell anavar

im taking 25mg of liquid aromisan per day


HOW DOES IT LOOK , I REALLY CANT DO NO CARBS <
 
Take 1000mg of DNP a day, and you'll definetly be cut by summer.
 
How about some kind of fat burner. Also, you forgot to add EFA's into the diet. When you get tired of all the chicken, and you will, use some lean red meat.
 
I'd eat something before you run in the morning...very catabolic...maybe try some medium chain triglycerides (MCT's).
 
i can take lean system 7 , and i thought no food before you run , not worried about losing muscle because im taking the test ,

keep it coming !!!!
 
Looks pretty sharp. I know everyonbe's metabolism is different, but for me it always works best when I eat big early (including carbs), then have smaller and smaller meals as the day goes on, until I'm fucking starving at bedtime. I know this sounds like you may lose muscle like this, but with the Karachis you should be cool. Once this gets you some quick results, screw around because at that point your metabolism's already cookin. But with the am cardio (i recommend walking at a incline grade of 7+ @3.7-4mph), I really swear by the going to sleep hungry -- I won my first show with a similar regimen. Good luck.
 
Might wanna get a slow-digesting protein to eat before bed...that way you will stay out a catabolic state at night...and it will keep your metabolism up for a few more hours...
 
do you guys think that 2mg of aromisn is too much on just 500 mg of test , i have alot of estrogen related fat so i figured it would help me cut up , please my boy swears by it for cutting , he got down to almost %5 with it
 
Advice

To get down that low by August, I would recomend a low carb diet with a carb up day. And as far as the cardio, I do mine on an empty stomach, and so do many others.
 
ill cut the carbs a little but if i go below 100g , i flip and its not worth it , id rather wait the extra month or 2 to get there
