No matter what type of rows i'm doing, whether it be bar bell rows, t bar rows, cable rows or any other kind of row, i always feel it more in my triceps than in my back. I have yet to have a sore upper back after a back workout. I know soreness is not indicative of growth but it seems i should have at least SOME soreness. The one time i felt anything in my back was last week when I did 50 pullups. And I was soar for the rest of the week after that. But even when I do pullups for 3xfailure, i dont really feal it in my back. What gives?
