How was your workout today?

Mine was awesome. Back and shoulders followed by 15 minutes on the treadmill. I didn't even breath hard during the run and barely broke a sweat. Must mean I'm getting in better shape.

Girl, I love to hit the bag. I have one hanging from a tree out back. I hit the bag today at the end of my workout. I start off punching with 5 lb weights in each hand to maintain my hand speed and power.
 
I had a fucken sweat work out.best I have had in about a month.beat my chest and tries to shit.passed a few racords for myself to.I felt realy good when I left the gym today.

Physical Therapy (my workout today) went well.....got there early so got 10 mins on the bike, got -1 hyperextension, 135 degrees bend & had the whole place to myself for my session = thus noone to stare at me when I loudly grunt during my electro-shock time....

Me too! Didn't have enough energy to do legs along with back and shoulders today. That's just a bit much.

Then I have to clean out my car because I have a date. It will take at least an hour.

It was reps day... I rarely do high reps, but today was the day:

Flat bench: 3 sets of 245 for 12 reps
Standing Military press: 3 sets of 155 for 12 reps
Dumbell pull-overs: 3 sets of 100 for 12 reps
Dumbell RDL's: 3 sets of 60's for 12 reps

Wasn't that bad... which is good since I have the kids tonight!
 
Went to do cardio today. I always do step mill. One's been out of order since March, and now the other one is out of order. SHEESH!!! So I did the elliptical for 50 min. I swear to all that is holy, some guy gets on the one right next to me, and when I am flying through a really intense interval, waves his hand in front of my face. I take the headphones out of my ears, slow down, and look over at him because I figure he must have something very important to say. I swear to you, he says, "You are really going fast." Why do people do this????? Tool!!!! I just said, "Umm...yeah!" I put my headphones back in and got back with it. Geez, usually I'm very nice and won't embarass anyone, but this guy....ARGH!

Okay, enough bitching. My workout was otherwise good.
 
Lat pulldowns, the stack (250) for 10 or 12. I don't cheat and throw my bodyweight into it.
 
do you wear a sportsbra and spandex shorts?
