shrinkage is a usual event with pretty much all aas. When your body is supplemented with a hormone, it stops making its own, so the body part that makes it atrophies from non-use. AIFM really wont help that department, thats all part of your PCT. I would highly recommend you do ALOT more research on Post Cycle Therapy before you start your cycle.

As much as you want to really - it is all based on how potent you make it.

HCG comes in iu's (international units - it is a measurement unlike cc's/ml etc.)
