How to get rid of this prop pain

I took a shot of prop a few days ago I can barely move my upper arm shoulder area, anyone have any tips to get rid of this?

try cutting it with sterile grapeseed oil. This is suppose to ease the pain quite a bit. some say painless

not for the shot you already did, you'll have to deal with the pain of that one.

Add .5cc of B12 or Sterile Oil to the shot, not the vial.

So if you drew back 1cc of prop into the syringe draw back another .5cc of B12 or Oil. You can even go up to a 1:1 ratio, I did that will my GTP test E (had bad pains from that test and when I mixed it with sterile oil the pain left).
