How to get experience?

Hi everyone,

Newbie here. I'm currently working on my degree in Health & Exercise Science, just ordered my ACE study material & after I complete the ACE exam will be heading right into the ACSM. I was a yoga instructor a few years ago, so I do have some teaching under my belt. Question is...what's the best way to get some experience?

Hi,
Does your degree program offer or require any internship credits? Talk to your current professors or a career counselor for more detailed information on what other students have done to gain experience and for what might fit your career aspirations.

If interning is not an option, I would consider employment options at local health clubs or studios. Another option would be volunteering your time and services.
