how to figure out my calorie intake?

I really need to burn some fat off, and i just wanted to know how i can figure out what my calorie intake should be per day. and what about the amr/bmr stuff? I know i should eat 500 below it, but i dont know what my total cal intake should be. Im 5'11 at 185, around 20% b/f.
